Homemade ice cream with fresh peaches
1 qt. crushed peaches, sweetened to taste
9 tsp. sugar or Sweet N Low
4 lg. eggs
2 cans evaporated milk
1 tsp. almond extract
Milk
Beat eggs until foamy, add sugar, continue beating until creamy. Add can milk and flavoring. Beat well. Add peaches, mix well. Pour into 1 gallon ice cream freezer and add whole milk to fill line. Freeze according to freezer directions
